Mr. Theo. Gegoux, Santa Monica, Cal., Dear Mr. Gegoux, I can report progress. Will send Mayor Wasserman's portrait to you next week. Aud further: I have no doubt but that Aaron E. Wait was the Mayor of Portland for several months while filling a vacancy. I can send that picture also. I am pursuing another line of research for the Mc Cormack portrait, but without result so far.
